Received my refurbished Beats fit pros today. To find I didn’t receive the medium sized ear tips. Then on top of that the left was very loud and the right you could barely hear. I figured with them being refurbished by Best Buy they would be quality. Don’t waste your money. Spend the extra to get new ones

Great earbuds and really good with connecting to phones

My Beats Fit Pro (certified refurb) came with a missing pair of ear plugs (the medium one). CERTIFIED?! despite the missing part, I enjoyed the product, the sound quality is amazing, but I didn’t like the microphones. It’s not the right TWS if you are planning to use it on phone calls/video confs.

Missing silicone tips and customer service’s response was “we can exchange them for the new product if you pay the price difference”. Also wasn’t willing to risk returning and reordering another pair of the refurbished for fear of the same issue (and also I didn’t want to wait another week for shipping). Buyer beware refurbished products DO NOT have all necessary accessories despite the FALSE description.

THESE ARE OPEN BOX NOT REFURBISHED. The defenition of refurbished is: “to make look new again by work such as painting, repairing, and cleaning”. There’s still ear wax from the previous owner and was only shipped with the large eartips. Nothing was done to “refurbish” these.

Not fully happy with the purchase, both earbuds are missing thr silicone ear tip.

i enjoyed these up until i started noticing whenever the beats get low battery they start getting weird static noises and won’t stop and sometimes just using them for a while they get the static noises even if they’re charged

Headphones themselves are a 10/10 ,the case feels cheap and doesnt have wireless charging but the magnet inside that holds the earbuds are STRONG!! MUST BUY

Do not order Certified Refurbished because, mine came with the previous customers dried ear bodily crumbs. Now I’ve waited too long to return them because I have a job and it inconveniences me to have to drive to return them because their employee didn’t bother to do their job.

I’ve seen other reviews saying that ear wax was left in refurbished buds and I was hoping that wouldn’t happen to me… but it did. The buds work great after cleaning all the ear tips but having them not clean is simply unacceptable.

Trash quality. They fell apart (literally, a screen came off and the wing is broken) 6 months after purchase and Apple wants to charge me $80 to replace my $99 headphones. No thanks. This is after fighting tooth and nail to get proper ear tips with the right color and fit. Don’t buy beats, don’t buy Apple. They don’t stand behind their products.

Geek Squad certified refurbished description is misleading. For a product that’s described as Geek Squad certified I was expecting the product to arrive in pristine condition, and in it’s original packaging. Instead it as scratches and arrived in a ziplock. So much for geek squad certified. You should change the description to open box.

The "refurbished" earbuds work as they should, but there was obviously no Geek Squad effort to inspect them or renew them for sale. The rubber tips came with the previous person's ear wax still on them!

Are you kidding me. Not only did it come with these horrendous scratches, but no anything. WHO THE HECK IS REFURBISHING THESE THINGS. If this is what Best Buy calls Geek Squad refurbished then they need to fire whomever is doing it. it’s going back.

Purchased these with high hopes. However, out the box they wouldn’t connect to my phone. The pairing button on the case wouldn’t work. Suck because the price point was nice. In the end it was too good to be true.
