All was going well, until my left ear stopped connecting. I've tried everything to reset it and now it wont connect at all via Beats app or regular Bluetooth.

The noise cancellation is amazing as well as the overall sound of my music. I wear these to the gym and calls when I’m out. The only con is in order turn the ANC you have to control the volume from your device or vice versa. I gave 4 stars because my headphones did not come with the small ear tips just medium and large and I was not able to activate the free months of Apple Music even after speaking to apple support and Best Buy support but overall I am keeping them
