Reboot frequently. Sometimes they connect with very low sound, no sound, won't connect (have to reboot or unpair), can’t be found on Bluetooth device settings. When they work I'm satisfied.

Not bad but medium buds missing in refurbished set

Very unsatisfied

Was bought as a gift and wasn’t opened for 3 weeks. Then when they used them once that battery life ended it never charged back up again or connected at all to the box. Buy the time the kids came clean on their purchases ( not wanting to hurt my feelings , I saw them using their old ones. ) they came clean they don’t work . I called in and Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy . And I’m stuck with them . I signed up for affirm pay to manage this and now I’m stuck with two the purple and orange that both don’t work! Very frustrating . Can someone reach out possibly trade two for one .
