Excellent- bought them to replace my Powerbeats3. Sound clarity is much better, and eliminated the low-end distortion of the 3s. Much more comfortable, and fit more reliably in the ear with less need to readjust- haven’t fallen out yet. Each earpiece can function independently, and each has a multipurpose button (the “middle” button on the old volume fob- pause/go/Siri...whatever), and each earpiece alse has a volume control which can control both sides, if both are in use. I often just use one for conference calls when teleworking. Microphone seems to work quite well, with no complaints on phone calls, facetime, or teleconferences. The chrging box is awfully big, and a bit tricky at first, but very useful. Also a bit pricey- I bought the Geek Squad refurb’d, and have been very happy with the quality.

I had the powerbeats 3 and they would fall out of my ears when working out. There was no way to change the fit. The powerbeats pro do not fall out and are able to be easily adjusted to custom fit in my ears. I love them. And I bought the certified refurbished ones which I was slightly nervous about, but they were brand new in the original case and everything. I am very happy with my purchase.

Good quality,.however its important to properly place earbuds for clear, crisp, sound.

I’ve been a fan of beats ever since they came out. The main reason is the ear loop during intense workouts. However, the loops irritate my ears after prolonged use. Outside that problem g the he beats are great.

I got beats earbuds for the wife and kids because of all the amazing open box deals that bring them down to about half off. They are freaking amazing at 100-130 dollars for that price instead of just really good at regular price.

This is my second pair of refurbished Powerbeats. Tgese headphones worked right out of the nox, with no need to bring the charging case with me when using the headphones (I had to do that with my first pair). The only thing missing was an instruction booklet, but I knew how to set up, connect, charge, and use the product due to my prior purchase.

Excellent buy at $99. I got these because I lost the first set, and I still love everything about them, except the price. If you can pick these up for under $150, I'd recommend them to anyone. Better than airpod pros.

Everything is ok with the earbuds except they connect when they want to. Its not a flawless connection like it should be but other than that no problems

Total Tech Members beware: refurbished items have no coverage under your Total Tech plans. I purchased this item in July 2024 and recently one of the earbuds starting having random issues charging. I figured no big deal that is what we have the plan for in cases like this (something I have used on other headphones in the past without issue). However, my local store informed me they can find no coverage and that is due to the previously mentioned stipulation on Geek Squad refurbished items do not fall under the Total Tech plan. I spoke with the store manager who said that there was apparently a message present saying this (it is highly likely I made my purchase through the app and I do not remember seeing then). During our discussion, I made the comment that basically there is no point in buying a refurbished item as a Total Tech member and after thinking on it for a moment, his response was "yes I guess that is true." So if you are looking to roll the dice and save some money, go for it on these. However, if you are expecting any kind of coverage from Total Tech on a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished item... look at other options lest you be stuck with an unreliable item trying to save a little money.

Excellent sound. Pairs very easily with iOS and Android. Great for office and gym use

I love these for the simple fact that they stay in my ear being that I have an ear piercing that the AirPods would always fall out of.

They work great and my boyfriend uses them everyday at work or the gym. Even though they aren’t brand new they are great.
