Total Tech Members beware: refurbished items have no coverage under your Total Tech plans. I purchased this item in July 2024 and recently one of the earbuds starting having random issues charging. I figured no big deal that is what we have the plan for in cases like this (something I have used on other headphones in the past without issue). However, my local store informed me they can find no coverage and that is due to the previously mentioned stipulation on Geek Squad refurbished items do not fall under the Total Tech plan. I spoke with the store manager who said that there was apparently a message present saying this (it is highly likely I made my purchase through the app and I do not remember seeing then). During our discussion, I made the comment that basically there is no point in buying a refurbished item as a Total Tech member and after thinking on it for a moment, his response was "yes I guess that is true." So if you are looking to roll the dice and save some money, go for it on these. However, if you are expecting any kind of coverage from Total Tech on a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished item... look at other options lest you be stuck with an unreliable item trying to save a little money.

I really like these, but I wish it was noise cancellation and it hurts my ear a little but I have small ears but overall it’s a 10 out of 10

I really like these earbuds however there is a learning curve with them. For me I had to find some aftermarket replacement tips to keep them in my ears as none of the enclosed tips fit my ears. When exercising (laying down on a mat) I have trouble keeping them in my ears. You need to be careful when adjusting them while wearing otherwise you will turn them off. They are easily turned back on though. They frequently need to be reset. This is done by putting the device back into the case and holding the button down until the light on the case starts flashing. Sometimes you need to delete the device from your Bluetooth list and then repeat the aforementioned steps. Other than these issues they are pretty good ear phones.

I bought myself these because the won’t fall out like most others do. I was so impressed I bought this set for my wife and she loves them as well.

I bought these a few weeks ago refurbished and they havs performed as good as new. This is my 5th set of beats headphones but my first time buying refurbished. Highly recommended!

I bought these for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves them. Always has them in the car and ready for the gym. They sound great!!

Good sound and great battery life quick charge.....

I love these. Were very functional and had great sound. Were great for jogging. My issue with these were that they initially connected to the charging case with ease but now have to be maneuvered and there is no chance they stay in that exact charging position when I put the charging case in my pocket. Enjoyed them thoroughly until this point.

They have great sound and are completely wireless!

I love how they sound, and they fit my ears perfect.

I love my beats. Have had them for about a month now. So far they are reliable and small/ nonbulky. The sound is great and lasts a long time. The range away from connected device Is great. I can go 4 rooms away from my phone and still get good sound/signal. I like the way they fit around my ear however inside the ear above the rubber piece is not so comfortable. Readjusting helps. Another thing is these earbuds have no tracking. So if you lose them. They are gone
