There's a reason there are so many refurbished

First off, the sound quality is shallow compared to my first generation AirPods. I can live with that, but the left one won't hold a charge more than 10 minutes. I've returned them to Apple and after a 3 week turn around their response was that both were tested and worked to their satisfaction, therefore nothing was fixed. At least the right one works.

They kind of hurt my ears for long listening. But for quick gym trips they work perfectly. Sounds good and don’t have to worry about them falling out.
