I got these as a replacement for some other beats earbuds that have the same issues. The two buds would initially sink with the phone but eventually one side would die and not resync

Love this so clean and it blocks the noise out like no other

After you charge them and use them for a few hours they start to die fast then you have to recharge the whole case every day just for them to work bad quality

I've had dollar store buds with better sound quality and features. The buds have no eq options and the sound they come with is tinny and without bass. Avoid!

This product is a complete letdown. It didn’t come with a charging cable, and when I used my own, the earbuds didn’t even turn on. No lights, no charging — just dead on arrival. I’ve tried everything and nothing works. Total waste of money. Don’t buy unless you want to gamble on getting a broken item.

They stopped charging right after my small 2 week window for refurbished devices expired. Very disappointed with best buy on this one. Every other company gives a long product return on refurbished electronics. Now im out 50$ and a headphones

The product came not working..by the time i was planning to return,its already to late.just throw it in the trash.

Didn’t work from the time I got them also I purchased these on the 10th and they only gave me until the 27th of the same month to return

That’s a good one I really like it , it sounds really good
