I knew i was getting a refurb item, but the Item was described with the eartips and cables along with the case and earbuds. Only the case with the earbuds were included. Luckily they are working, but i wished they would have checked to make sureeverythig was included as stated in the description.

The headphones do not work properly, I would suggest only buying them brand new. I have not gotten more than one use out of them

Expensive even for refurbished headphones. Didnt fit in the ears, sound quality is much better on my skullcandy indy anc ear buds I bought to replace them. Only popular due to name recognition. I wish more headsets came with this cool, clear plastic look but thats where the pros end.

The original pair I got were great and worked with no issues. This second pair however, total opposite. The work for 20 seconds then disconnect. If you’re watching a show on your phone it will keep pausing, if you’re talking on the phone they cut off and jump from the buds back to the phone. Have you in a full convo with yourself for who knows how long before you realize it.

This was literally a great purchase with and easy. They work amazing

Having smaller ears, the earbuds were constantly falling out. The sound quality was echoing and static like at times. Phone calls were constantly dropped. Now the ones I purchased were refurbished so I can’t say for sure if buying brand new would be the same but unfortunately these beats were not for me.

The noise cancelling its very weak you dont even feel the difference when on or off

The microphone had issues in between calls, couldn't hear properly while on calls

The product was advertised as refurbished and Geek Squad certified, but what I received appeared to be simply used and returned by the previous owner. It was very dirty inside, as if it hadn’t even been cleaned. If this is what qualifies as “certified,” I’m quite disappointed and would never trust any Best Buy certified products.
