After having them for less than a month, the right side has gone out and I am no longer able to return them.

This product did not function well. Poor quality hearing others as well vice versa.

This review is more about the disgusting packaging and my trust in the item than how it functioned . The box was torn up and haphazardly masking taped. The inside of the packaging was also torn up, and I had no faith that the ear pieces were clean. I've purchased other refurbished items and was very satisfied. This one actually grossed me out. I didn't even try them and returned them immediately. I ended up purchasing new ones. I had to give stars for the review, so I gave 3's not for functionality, but it made me rate even though it says "optional"

The buds didnt come with any ear tips. Had to return them. Not sure how that happens.

Product was open box but labeled good/very good. arrived with missing ear pieces and battered. do better best buy when labeling what people are ordering.

I had these, could hear the music but maybe because I had a Android & my family have Iphones they couldnt hear me & said it sounded muffled. Was not happy & returned for refund

I bought this refurbished trying to replace my air pod pros second gen. They immediately started giving out after a month.

Earphones didn't work and was a hassle getting my money back.

This item definitely did not meet my expectations. I was expecting it to perform flawlessly will definitely be returning the item.

It was refurbished but not in good condition, missing small size buds and box was not original.

I bought two of these items as Christmas gifts to my wife and l. At first we were very happy. Couple of days later, we barely used them because people can hear us when calling them when using the earbuds on. Also, voice messages sent to our contacts canned be heard when using these items. I basically lost about 200 dollars. Very disappointed and frustrated for losing so much money

That was one of my worst experiences buying from bestbuy, the earbuds came missing tips, then when I tested it I found major water damage, I had to return it and since I used bestbuy rewards dollars they didn’t give me back another or my money back

Quality of sound is so terrible i was expecting really good quality but there is like a noise coming from buds so i returned it. Before buy it make sure compare with another buds.

The “new” version of these earbuds are amazing. The Geek Squad refurbished are trash. This is the second pair I have bought. I will be returning them like the first. Either 1 ear doesn’t work or you have to turn them all the way up to hear anything. Where is the quality control? Do they even test them? Not pleased.
