I couldn't be happier with my purchase of the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Beats Studio Buds + True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds in Transparent. Battery life is good! Sound is great for audiobooks and calls. I dont play a lot of music through my earbuds ao I can't really say how these compare to other earbuds. But the sound is pretty robust and rich - not tinny. The fit is better than most for those of us with small ears.

Generally enjoy the Beats Studio Buds +! I like the sound signature they provide, and the comfort level is pretty good. Buttons on the side work well and are only mildly annoying clicking while pushing the buds into the ear slightly further. Some really prefer a tactile button so I get why they went that route. The retro, semi transparent case is a beautiful touch to my Millennial eyes, having grown up with Gameboy's that had the same touch! I only have 2 issues with these buds: 1) The included silicone ear tips didn't provide a good seal for my ears. Further, I was missing 1x of the large ear tips with my purchase (they were open-box but should have had them regardless). Not the end of the world since I used different ear tips anyway. 2) The call quality on these is absolutely atrocious. I haven't taken a single call (maybe 8ish) where the person on the other end commented within a few seconds that they couldn't hear me, and/or that I sounded like I had a pillow over my mouth. You can only do so much with this type of small earbud form factor and I imagine making call quality better through firmware updates isn't too likely. If you don't need them for calls and just want a straight forward pair of compact earbuds with a cool look and similarly compact case, these are not a bad choice. Especially if you get them for the ~$65 I did.

First refurb I’ve ever purchased from anywhere. I didn’t know how these would sound, but I’m pleased with them. The noise canceling feature is what I wanted most, and these don’t disappoint in that category. While at the gym, I don’t want to listen to people babbling or the meatheads banging their weights, and this keeps that to a nearly inaudible level. Sound is ok but I have no other earbuds with which to compare these. Battery life is solid with both earbud use and the recharging case. Happy I purchased. Easily and immediately connects to my iphone 14. Deducted a star because they were SUPPOSED to come with 4 sizes of tips, and only 3 came with it. Cheap enough online to purchase extras, though.

These headphones fit comfortably and integrate with my iPhone great. They were in nearly new condition and the sound NC and regular are great. Also got a great deal.

Great ear buds. Rhe aound is nice, and clear. The batteey loge is great, and thwy look good. Rhey dir in my ears well. I have no complaints.

Their affordable price point, good sound quality, and seamless Apple device connectivity. I appreciate the "b" button control for ease of use. However, I find the case to be poorly made and slippery, and some miss features like auto-pause when taking the buds out my ear.

Great sound. Good battery life. Never have any issues connecting. The XS eartips work great for me and feel secure and comfortable.

For context, I bought this pair refurbished over a month ago. They look and work brand new at a third of the original price. Super easy to turn on and off the noise cancelling feature (using an iphone). I love the transparent look. It makes them stand out from the traditional colorways. Call quality and battery life are excellent! I wear these all day (7-8hrs) while I’m on campus and have experienced no latency issues. Overall, I highly recommend picking up a pair!

Good headphones. Slightly more comfortable than the beats fit pro due to lack of wingtip but relatively uncomfortable still in my opinion. Slightly better sounding than the beats fit pro however the auto switching can break and not switch devices when you want it to.

Simple design. Fits well in ear. I did add grip tape to help grabbed them from the charging orifices. Great sound.

Alright so these earbuds are great. For the price they ABSOLUTELY deliver. The sound is great, the noice canceling is nice, and they fit quite well in my ear, and are quite easy to hide from teachers. My only caveat is that the ones I got didn’t come with the medium sized ear tips.

This are great. Looks good and they last for hours. I like the noice canceling option. Its the same as the airpod pros i have both and they are the same if you are wondering

I received the item missing the middle-sized silicon ear tips and the other ear tips had stuff on them. they were not cleaned and taken care of. Missing paperwork. how did this get through QC? I wanted best buy to simply give me a new set of tip as the item seemed to be working fine, charged fine, buttons worked and product sounded fine. However, Missing items and dirty product is not what any customer expects for a refurbished product. Like new items arent missing items. When I went to the store to ask for a new set of tips and id be happy they said they cant. The manager didnt help, she just said you can do a refund. The guy helping me just tried to make me buy a brand new pair by paying an additional 50$ish on top making it 140 ish. that was him trying to "see what he can do". price matching the cheapest option doesnt matter to me. That defeats the point of buying refurbished. They said I can return it and order a new pair, but why would I do that with the factor that I may be unhappy with what I get and i wait another week for them to get shipped. The whole issue was easy to solve but best buy wouldnt do anything that involved bending their back a bit. Returning and trying to make me spend more of my money when im already disappointed is a strange way to go about customer service to solve a problem. overall i like these earbuds. Best Buy needs to step up. they can afford it. do better.
