I was disappointed the they didn't come with ear tips. It only came with the additional ones which are size small or large not medium like they original medium pre-installed ones. I had to return them because the neither the small or large fit me. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to them, and upon reading other reviews, I've noticed that that's how other customers had also received them.

Pretty good earbuds

The case often acts like the earbuds aren’t in my ears when they are. And the battery life it not great either. I have to charge the case multiple times a day.
