First time ever ordering anything “refurbished” and when i opened the case to check out the ear buds there was a nasty chunk of earwax on the ear piece that goes in the ear. Ive never bought anything refurbished before, so i would have at least assumed if it was “fixed” they would have at least cleaned it. Very disgusting.

These small and portable beats are just magnificent. It comes with active noise cancellation and transparency mode at an amazing price. It does not even feel refurbished! They are so comfortable in my ears and the Bluetooth connection is seamless. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made!

Great value at a great price put together by a great team and I would highly recommend it

I love the earphones, so much however I do have some minor issues with people hearing me through the earphones sometimes but other than that I love them

Just Good earbuds. Noise cancellation is not perfect and the is another alternative in the market, but they are way more expensive.

I was skeptical at first, but they were great. I use them for our Nintendo switch!

Geed Squad Certified means nothing. Mine came without the medium size earpieces. Best Buy customer service says only option is to return them. Poor customer service on both ends. They can't just send a medium earpiece. Now I have to send them back. You might get these next...

They don’t hold a charge. I bought them refurbished and honestly regret it. I couldn’t even talk to my brother for ten minutes.

Unfortunately my refurbished product came without any ear tips. I’m not talking about the extra sizes. The ear buds came without any attached. Guess I’ll be returning them.

I ordered the refurbished product and it did not come with the medium sized ear tips and the the packaging was VERY beat up.

Earphones came in a pretty beat up box. Also was missing an ear-tip. I get that it's a refurbished unit, but come on..

Very poor quality sound compared to AirPods Pro 2. Cheap sound and cheap materials. Hard to take from the case and always tend to fall when u take them from it. AirPods Pro 1 or 2 all the way!!!!

The ear buds will not pair with different devices.

I have been thoroughly surprised with these ear buds. They have a very nice all around sound. They have nice lows, mids and highs no matter what genre of music you're listening to. The battery life is decent depending on what mode you're listening in. The fit was surprisingly comfortable as well. The one thing that I took off for is in this day and age they should have multipoint connections. Apple and Samsung need to stop making the earbuds without including this feature on them. I have plenty of earbuds that have it. I know they have audio switching, but that's not multipoint. The thing that's crazy is, I have a Samsung phone and an Iphone for my daily use and the buds will actually switch to my Samsung more seamlessly than it will to the buds plus. The one last thing I will mention is the call quality is good as well. All in all these are a nice pair of underrated earbuds in my opinion.

First refurb I’ve ever purchased from anywhere. I didn’t know how these would sound, but I’m pleased with them. The noise canceling feature is what I wanted most, and these don’t disappoint in that category. While at the gym, I don’t want to listen to people babbling or the meatheads banging their weights, and this keeps that to a nearly inaudible level. Sound is ok but I have no other earbuds with which to compare these. Battery life is solid with both earbud use and the recharging case. Happy I purchased. Easily and immediately connects to my iphone 14. Deducted a star because they were SUPPOSED to come with 4 sizes of tips, and only 3 came with it. Cheap enough online to purchase extras, though.

I got the Beats Studio buds, and I must say, I'm blown! these buds brings exceptional sound quality, comfort, and convenience. these are what I love about them: 1. Active noise cancellation works well 2. comfortable fit and comes with several ear tip sizes 3. pairs easily with my iPhone 4. sleek and compact design 5. battery last through my work day 6. audio quality is great and love the bass I just didn't love that it wasn't water resistance. but on all said these beats buds are excellent choice for all those who seeking high quality sound, comfort... I do recommend giving them a try it will worth it.
