I couldn't be happier with my purchase of the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Beats Studio Buds + True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds in Transparent. The sound quality is exceptional, delivering crystal-clear audio with impressive bass that makes every song feel alive. The noise-canceling feature is top-notch, helping me block out distractions and fully immerse myself in my music. The sleek transparent design adds a modern and stylish touch that's hard to resist. Battery life is fantastic, lasting through long listening sessions without any trouble. Connectivity is seamless too—pairing these earbuds with my devices was a breeze, and I never experienced any dropouts.

Battery life is good! Sound is great for audiobooks and calls. I dont play a lot of music through my earbuds ao I can't really say how these compare to other earbuds. But the sound is pretty robust and rich - not tinny. The fit is better than most for those of us with small ears.

Good value at open-box price, bad call quality

Generally enjoy the Beats Studio Buds +! I like the sound signature they provide, and the comfort level is pretty good. Buttons on the side work well and are only mildly annoying clicking while pushing the buds into the ear slightly further. Some really prefer a tactile button so I get why they went that route. The retro, semi transparent case is a beautiful touch to my Millennial eyes, having grown up with Gameboy's that had the same touch! I only have 2 issues with these buds: 1) The included silicone ear tips didn't provide a good seal for my ears. Further, I was missing 1x of the large ear tips with my purchase (they were open-box but should have had them regardless). Not the end of the world since I used different ear tips anyway. 2) The call quality on these is absolutely atrocious. I haven't taken a single call (maybe 8ish) where the person on the other end commented within a few seconds that they couldn't hear me, and/or that I sounded like I had a pillow over my mouth. You can only do so much with this type of small earbud form factor and I imagine making call quality better through firmware updates isn't too likely. If you don't need them for calls and just want a straight forward pair of compact earbuds with a cool look and similarly compact case, these are not a bad choice. Especially if you get them for the ~$65 I did.

Good condition. Earbuds look hardly used, if at all. Was missing 1 pair of replacement rubbers, but it was the large size, which I do not need. Good sound. Excellent noise reduction/cancellation. Very comfortable to keep in ear.

Good headphones. Slightly more comfortable than the beats fit pro due to lack of wingtip but relatively uncomfortable still in my opinion. Slightly better sounding than the beats fit pro however the auto switching can break and not switch devices when you want it to.

Just to double-check — by “Beats Pro ear buds” do you mean the Powerbeats Pro / Powerbeats Pro 2 model (the in-ear, sports-style Beats earbuds), or a different Beats “Pro” product? Assuming you meant Powerbeats Pro / Powerbeats Pro 2, here’s a glowing review you could use or adapt: If you’re in the market for earbuds that stay put, sound punchy, and last through your hardest workouts, the Powerbeats Pro 2 are absolutely worth a look. Here’s a review that captures how awesome they really are: Sound & Performance From the moment you hit “play,” these earbuds deliver a sound profile that’s bold and exciting without being overbearing. The lows hit hard, the mids remain clear, and the highs stay crisp — which means everything from hip-hop and EDM to pop and R&B sounds great. The balance is especially impressive given how workout-oriented they are. Thanks to the H2 chip and Beats’ audio tuning, you get advanced features like adaptive noise control / active noise cancellation, which help keep ambient distractions under control while letting your music cut through. For calls, the multi-microphone setup does a solid job, even outdoors with wind or noise. (Although, in very loud environments, you might still hear some background hiss.) In performance tests, the Powerbeats Pro 2 deliver about 8 hours of listening time with ANC on, with up to 36 hours total with the charging case. A quick 5- or 10-minute top-up gives you hours of extra listening — perfect for last-minute gym sessions. Fit, Stability & Comfort One of the standout things about these earbuds is how secure they stay, even with intense movement or sweat. The over-ear hooks keep them anchored without feeling overly tight. Many users say they forget they’re even wearing them. The design is also lighter and sleeker than the previous generation — Beats trimmed down both the earbuds and the charging case, making the whole setup more portable and comfortable. That said, for long listening sessions (say, 2+ hours), some users might feel pressure in the ear from the housing. That’s pretty typical for sport-style buds. But for workouts, runs, or commutes, the fit is outstanding. Battery & Charging Powerbeats Pro 2 nails the balance between endurance and convenience. The battery numbers (8 hours with ANC, 36 hours total) are solid for what they offer. The case supports USB-C charging (and Qi wireless charging), which is a nice step up from earlier models. When you’re running low, a quick 5–10 minute charge gives you enough juice to power through your next workout. That kind of fast-charge buffer is really helpful on those days you forget to plug in. Pros & Cons (From My Take & What Others Say) What’s great: • Rock-solid fit even for high-intensity movement • Powerful, engaging sound with a good balance • Strong battery life + fast-charge boost • Modern features (ANC, wireless charging, sweat resistance, H2 chip) • Great for Apple & Android users alike What could improve: • In very loud surroundings, ANC isn’t perfect (some external noise bleeds in) • Audio quality is very good — but maybe not class-leading for audiophiles • For long lounging sessions, the hook design might get a bit noticeable • The case, while smaller, is still bulkier than many compact earbuds. Final Word If your priorities are durability, stability, and performance during movement, the Powerbeats Pro 2 shine. They’re built for people who push their gear — runners, gym rats, outdoor warriors. They deliver standout sound, dependable battery life, and the kind of reliability you want when you’re sweating it out. Are there better earbuds if you just care about studio-grade sound or ultra-light design? Possibly. But for a well-rounded, workout-focused everyday pair, these really hit that sweet spot.

The sound quality is amazing. When listening to music or videos … the bass is pretty good and vocals are very clear. The battery life is amazing as well. The reason is give is three stars is the microphone. I try using these for zoom calls or even talking on the phone and people always tell me I sound muffled or like I’m underwater. So, I no longer use these for talking only to listen to music. I never had the complaints wait AirPods or Galaxy Buds.

Alright so these earbuds are great. For the price they ABSOLUTELY deliver. The sound is great, the noice canceling is nice, and they fit quite well in my ear, and are quite easy to hide from teachers. My only caveat is that the ones I got didn’t come with the medium sized ear tips.

I received the item missing the middle-sized silicon ear tips and the other ear tips had stuff on them. they were not cleaned and taken care of. Missing paperwork. how did this get through QC? I wanted best buy to simply give me a new set of tip as the item seemed to be working fine, charged fine, buttons worked and product sounded fine. However, Missing items and dirty product is not what any customer expects for a refurbished product. Like new items arent missing items. When I went to the store to ask for a new set of tips and id be happy they said they cant. The manager didnt help, she just said you can do a refund. The guy helping me just tried to make me buy a brand new pair by paying an additional 50$ish on top making it 140 ish. that was him trying to "see what he can do". price matching the cheapest option doesnt matter to me. That defeats the point of buying refurbished. They said I can return it and order a new pair, but why would I do that with the factor that I may be unhappy with what I get and i wait another week for them to get shipped. The whole issue was easy to solve but best buy wouldnt do anything that involved bending their back a bit. Returning and trying to make me spend more of my money when im already disappointed is a strange way to go about customer service to solve a problem. overall i like these earbuds. Best Buy needs to step up. they can afford it. do better.

I was looking for a replacement for my Sony Earbuds that suddenly stopped holding a charge. I still own and old pair of Beats earbuds (the PowerBeats3 "wired" version) and am amazed that they still work. I was confident that these wireless Studio Beats would be just as good plus they have excellent noise-cancellation that my older PowerBeats did not. I'm SOOOO happy with my purchase and the quality of the product. The battery life is fantastic, as is the sound quality. A little less bass than the now-defunct Sony earbuds, but at least these Studio Beats work! If you are looking for great build quality and long battery life, these Studio Beats are for you!!!

The beats buds have great sound quality but the pair I had produced static if you were walking in them or any kind of movements were being created. They fit well in my ear though and the functionality was great.

Their affordable price point, good sound quality, and seamless Apple device connectivity. I appreciate the "b" button control for ease of use. However, I find the case to be poorly made and slippery, and some miss features like auto-pause when taking the buds out my ear.
