I was skeptical but…

We needed something small enough to not be noticed but good enough to help block out the excess noise. I was skeptical about getting a refurbished pair but happily surprised that you can’t see or notice any signs of this not being a brand new device. Best Buy’s guarantees and great Geek Squad service is also a factor or comfort.

I have had many Bluetooth headsets and this is the first and only one that has worked well with Zoom and Teams. Great value. Came in a beaten up box, but the headset looked pristine and the earplugs were still in original packaging. Sounds great with good bass. Voices are clear. Highly recommended
