I would say this was a really one of the best refurbished purchases you could get. It might as well have been brand new out of the box. They work really well as intended and I notice no technical or cosmetic flaws. The transparent design is so cool!

Extremely beautiful, and very functional. It's not quite an airpods pro, but it's very similar and well worth the purchase.

Great refurbished condition! Looks and feels brand new aside from the 2 missing eartips (xs and M). No complaints. Sound is great, Build quality is solid.

I got rhis for 80 dlls refurbished certified. The package theg came was whatever but it has everythinf inside. The earbuds are literally brand new. So far they work great. I will uodate if anything goes wrong. So far love them.

I love the design of these, however the process to get them was super annoying. The Best Buy support team had to re-order these for me because they kept getting “lost” in transit. When I finally got them they arrived dirty (see attached), as if they got something spilled on them by the previous owner. I had to deep clean the crevices with a q-tip and still discovered more gunk. Additionally, the audio quality has been cutting in and out between the ear buds. I don’t know if this is a refurbished issue or a Beats issue, however it’s disappointing. Will be exchanging for another pair - probably new.

I like the beats a lot. They have vibrating bass and clear crisp vocals . The noise canceling works amazing and the transparency is a great feature to not be totally off.

Awesome headphones! I bought the referral the refurbished pairs they did not come with medium earbuds, but they are awesome!

that cheap plastic makes my skin crawl when i touch it sometimes but the earbuds are good other than that, some noise setting issue, and the fact that i didnt get the medium sized ear tips and i cant get them from customer service

The beats are ok. The Beats plus seem more for apple. They could use more in app features. Samsung takes the whole cake.

Geed Squad Certified means nothing. Mine came without the medium size earpieces. Best Buy customer service says only option is to return them. Poor customer service on both ends. They can't just send a medium earpiece. Now I have to send them back. You might get these next...

For being re-furnished it has been working perfectly and they’re super comfortable!
