The “new” version of these earbuds are amazing. The Geek Squad refurbished are trash. This is the second pair I have bought. I will be returning them like the first. Either 1 ear doesn’t work or you have to turn them all the way up to hear anything. Where is the quality control? Do they even test them? Not pleased.

Quality of sound is so terrible i was expecting really good quality but there is like a noise coming from buds so i returned it. Before buy it make sure compare with another buds.

Poor quality and sound didnt fit properly in my ear

Got them, noise cancelling and transparency modes have static. Can hear people on calls but they can’t hear me unless in noise cancellation mode which I can’t use because it’s static. Waste of my money

This was my first time purchasing a used product and soon after the return window closed it stopped working. I am completely disappointed, dissatisfied, upset, unhappy, and frustrated.

The left earbud emits an annoying humming sound. The issue only stopped when anc or aware mode was set to off. This was upon receiving the item. Returned within minutes of getting it in the mail.

Disconnect frequently. Do not hold a charge. Do not fit or stay in ear. Hangs up calls frequently. Will not disconnect even when charging. They work when they want to.

I bought this refurbished. It didn’t work well, so I returned it.

Sound quality is not good at all. Connectivity is also awful.

Received and the set is misding 2 1/2 set of tips!! Not acceptable! This is not the type of refurbished Best Buy should offer. If either of the remaining tips don’t work; will return and not purchase from Best Buy in the future.

They came without the silicone earpieces, and the only option is to go to your nearest location to resolve it with customer service, and the microphone fades in and out, so you won't be able to speak on the phone with them.

I always buy refurbished. But this set was not the best.

I may have gotten defective ones but the volume wouldn’t match my phone volume . If I had my volume at half the headphones would be off . I deleted them from my device and repaired them and still had the same problem.

These were refurbished so maybe that is why it had issues. The battery did not last long, the sound came in and out. You had to have your phone very close to the earbuds or it would disconnect

Ear pods are echoing it is extremely hard to understand what I’m saying

I purchased a refurbished pair and had to return them 2 days later , due to poor audio issues when listening to music and making calls. I would recommend buying new

You get what you pay for,don’t make the same mistake like me; don’t be cheap and get your self good quality stuff.

The product is broken, after 2 weeks everyone I talked with said they heard a loud whistling sound and it hurt their ears, so I just wasted my money, I’m very disappointed .

Unfortunately, the noise canceling feature didn’t work. It pushed static through the device. Bought for a gift before a trip, and she didn’t hand time to rectify with the store.
