    I bought this item and it took jumping through many hoops to finally get the item delivered. Since receiving it I have YET been able to connect to any devices I own. Now, what do I do? Send it back? Take it to a Best Buy store and see if they have any luck? Call APPLE since I believe they own Beats. Oh, the humanity!!

    Saw product new in store for much lower price. Dont waste your time go get it cheaper at the retail store. Refurbished means not new guys. Get it together. Product is great if you want a pair just dont waste your money if its cheaper new.

    Have the first gen product. Looking to upgrade to a newer version, and stumbled across these Refurbished Beats. Sadly they cost $30 more than a brand new exact item.
