    Battery doesn’t last as long as my old ones did. Have to charge frequently. And the Bluetooth doesn’t hold distance like my old ones did

    Purchase the older model. If I were still able to return it, I would. It kept disconnecting and experiencing sound dropouts from one ear constantly. Hopefully, they will release an update that resolves all these issues.

    Too big for my ears and they keep dropping if you walk fast or your movements are fast. Sound quality is good but design could be better.

    These are horrible to fit in your ear. I wished I had never bought them. The information given made it seem like they would fit better. Not so.
