Customers enjoy the Powerbeats High-Performance Wireless Earphones for their excellent sound quality, long battery life, comfortable fit, and ease of use. They are also praised for being great workout companions due to their secure design. However, some users find the bass to be lacking and the volume could be higher. Additionally, a few individuals find them to be uncomfortable and expensive.

I have had beats before, but never the wireless ones like these. I have to say the sound quality is excellent, the bass is very strong and the sounds are crisp and clear. The battery life is really long and charging is quick. The ear pieces needed to be adjusted, but it was very easy. Super comfy.. Now my only problem is keeping them away from my husband, he will be getting a pair for Christmas in his sticking;)

I’m not sure if it is this particular model of beats, like the first one, this too is defective. I just bought it brand new too! This earpiece plays for two and no sound comes out of it again. Just like that. Then it plays again. It fully charged too.

I have small ears, this doesn't fall out, it doesn't feel like its stabbing you in the ears after hours and hours of listening. i had to buy because my apple headphones were stabbing into my little ears and literally making my ears red and swell. I like how easily it connects with my iphone. If I leave my phone on charge at one side of the house, I can be on the other side of the house and still listen to my music because it reaches it. this bluetooth connection is strong. the over ear part is like somewhat bendable, if you bend it to fit it to your ear then it will stay like that until u bend it a different way, its not flimsy but it is soft on your ear. it shows how to bend/adjust the over ear part it in the instructions. I don't leave reviews like this but I am honestly so happy with it. I spent a long time looking into which ones to buy and I always make sure to read the worst reviews before I buy something so I can know what would be the worst case scenario, but this was a good purchase. It lasts 15 hours for one hour of charge so i could wear these all day if I wanted to. I have to wear headphones a lot because of work, I can wear them all day no problem, no pain in my ears at all. the microphone is really good on these too because I can talk on the phone with a thick mask on and my voice will still go through. I even bought this for my mom who has larger ears and she likes it a lot and it fits her perfectly, she uses it all the time.

I use these for primarily for work (attending virtual meetings) but also desired a quality solution for recreation (streaming movies and music). Previous experience with Bluetooth devices (LG, Taotronics) was frustrating because of unreliable connection and sound quality. Having Apple devices, I decided to explore higher priced devices. Compared PowerBeats with AirPods 2 (my wife has a set) and decided PowerBeats more versatile for variety of uses. Excellent sound quality. Reported by others that my voice quality on calls is clear without distortion. After some experimentation with different ear tips and adjusting loops, found them to be comfortable for long periods. Battery lasts 2 full working days of conversations (15 hours as advertised). Quick charge for extra hour is nice feature to extend in a pinch. Pairing first to iPhone XsMax could not have been easier. They were immediately available to all iOS and Mac devices registered to my Apple account. Switching between devices without error is straight forward. Connection/hand-off behavior is similar to AirPods. Range covers practically entire home.

I have been really pleased with these headphones so far. They don't fit my ears the greatest even when changing out bud sizes but I'm used to the fit now and they haven't fallen out yet. I've also had them loose connection with my laptop a couple times while video conferencing and I had to go back into Bluetooth settings to pair them again not sure what device is causing that issue. I also Wich they were USB C instead of lightning. I have USB chargers everywhere because I'm not an Apple fan so it's a little inconvenient. These things do have great sound and the battery life is awesome! I have yet to have them for on me in the middle of a call or workout. They also pair nicely with my Samsung and opneplus devices and Google is always available by just saying "ok Google" no button pushing necessary. I chose these because of the wire attaching them, I can't tell you how many times when riding with my wife or talking to someone I pull one side out and let it hang around my neck. If these were the more expensive "totally wireless" versions one would definitely be lost by now.

Have purchased 3 pairs of PowerBeats3 over the years and this is my first pair of the new Beats. Pro: Same or better sound quality, more comfortable, battery lasts longer, ear pieces havent fallen off in over a month. Con: mic doesn't pickup as well, cord is shorter, Left and Right not marked as well as I'd like. Beats has the best sound quality of all brands I've tried (jbl, Sony, and even bose)

I bought these so I could do workouts at my gym with the music and instructors from apps like Peloton on my iPhone and tablet and they have been just perfect for that. They are light, the controls are very easy to use, the sound is great and because of the wire connecting the earphones, they are harder to lose. They do not require a charging case which is a plus for me- just plug in, they charge fast and hold a charge for hours. For comparison, I bought the Powerbeats Pro first but returned them because they proved to be far more unreliable for all the reasons I prefer these Beats stated above.

The reviews 100% livedd up to the hype! Great clear sound, loud, deep bass, outstanding battery life and perfect fit in ear.. Very active either w gym, yard work or any type of active movement that normally loosen and knock other buds out etc- honestly I think they are UNDER priced- BUY them

I bought these to replace a pair of true-wireless buds that did not have a ear loop. I could never get the true-wireless to not fall out when on a run, and falling into tall grass. The good: - Sound is good since the earphones seal really well. - Pairing is pretty straight forward with an apple product. - These stay put when running or moving for sports/workouts. - Volume/track controls are pretty convenient. The not-so-good (why it's 4 instead of 5 stars): - No outside noise whatsoever, so be careful if you're running outside to be hyper aware of your surroundings. Wish Apple would make some sort of option to use the built in mic to have a "outdoor sports mode" or something. - The cord that connects the buds is handy because you can have it hanging from your neck. The bad thing about it is that when you turn your head, it gets stuck on your shirt collar/neck. More of a nuisance than anything else. - Sometimes the pairing doesn't work, so you have to hold the button down to re-pair it to the device. Overall, I like these and have used them at work as well to have a little time to focus.

My hard-of-hearing husband uses these at work to listen to music in a noisy environment (think forklifts, diesel trucks, etc) all day. He gets at least 2 days use on one charge, which is fantastic especially considering he always has them cranked up pretty loud. They seem to be sturdy & have dealt well with sweat, rain, dust, sheetrock dust, etc. The fast charge is a cool feature that gives you about 1.5hrs battery life in 5 minutes of charging. They are a little weird to get used to at first, but once you get them adjusted to fit, they are comfortable all day. They come with different sizes of caps and the ear clips are also bendy/adjustable.

I've used for 10+ hours while running and still have not recharged. These are my first pair of wireless headphones. I've used wired Bose Sport headphones -- sound quality of Dr. Dre are either as good as Bose or very close. I cannot comment on controls as I use my iWatch to change song and volume. I really don't even notice the wire against my neck while I'm running. I've got the red pair just in case they fall off on the forest trail while running -- but these are super secure. No problems with these staying on my ears while running.

Better than the previous generation. These headphones are a touch more secure with a touch more bass. Just right. The sound is near perfection. The redesigned cord connecting the two earpieces is also better. My only downside is when I ran up the stairs there was a bit of wind noise. I haven’t had them for a workout outside yet. They work great while working from home as I’m on my phone a lot. I can hear the other side clearly and they can hear me clearly. The battery lasts a long time and they charge quickly. They sync with the phone even easier. The best headphones for all uses with an iPhone!

I got these for running. I almost bought the true wireless Powerbeats, but luckily I found these before dropping more than $200. These are basically the exact same thing but connected with a small wire. The wire isn’t at all problematic or irritating, even while running. I can turn my head without any problems and it doesn’t catch my hair or anything. They feel nice and lightweight and really stay in my ears well. I never felt like they were falling out. The hook is flexible so you can adjust how/where it curves around your ear. The sound is fantastic! There’s no “thump” that people complain about when running. Hey Siri works great too. I’m so happy with these! I already had Beats Studio 3 headphones, so I knew Beats was a quality brand (as is everything Apple). LOVE!

An Updated Version of the Beats Power3

    |

Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

This Bluetooth "on-ear" wireless headset is engineered to fit somewhere between the Beats Pro "true wireless" headset and the Beats Power3. It is very much like the latter, except that it uses the Apple headset chip that allows fast connection to Apple products, and does so much more easily than the Powerbeats3 (the same technology used by the Beats Pro, the the Airpod and the Airpod Pro). Unlike the Powerbeats3 (which uses a micro-USB cable), it uses the standard Apple Lightning connector. Getting it to work with an Apple product (e.g. iPhone, iPad or iPad Touch is thus a lot smoother. Whether the sound quality is any better is debatable. Reviews that I read before purchasing it said it is, mine ears say they are about the same. The fit of the news hook around your ears may be superior, although I think even that is debatable. However, the connecting cable between the two ears is intended to hang around the back of the neck, rather than in front (as was the case with the PowerBeats3), and I think this is a more sensible design. The Beat Listed at $150, it is $50 less expensive than the PowerBeats 3, and $100 less expensive than the Beats Pro (although the latter has routinely been discounted to $199, while the former is now being sold at well under $100). Considering that $150 was the original pricing of the BeatsX, a much inferior product, I think the new Powerbeats a good buy.
