Design Flaws

Apple moved the buttons up to the earpiece which makes it very hard to control the music when I am wearing my skiing/biking helmet. They sound still sounds great. But the design updates leave much to be desired.

Great for workouts and zoom conferencing!

Especially given the big video work from home call, these have been incredible for meetings, work outs (HIIT, 5 mile trail runs,etc), and listening to podcasts while cooking. I have trouble with normal ear buds and the different bud options were clutch. Really sleek and undetectable which is perfect for work calls!

However, the multi-function on the right one is not easy to use. Simply touching the earpiece to adjust it in your ear will disconnect the call. Using the "b" as a control option was "cute" but totally bad design. A toggle on the bottom or side would have been a better idea.

Great headphones with great microphone

Have not had one problem with them, which is great to say of headphones. I switched to these because I use them for zoom calls and these have a great microphone. With my old pair, people said my voice was muffled or sounded like I was underwater and very difficult to understand. Great headphones!
