Good audio and easy to use. But I am just having problems with one of them. Is having trouble to connect or to turn on.

I had AirPods Pros but the issue with those is that they always fell out of my ears while deadlifting or picking up weights in the gym. I needed something with great sound quality and that hooks around the ear. I used to own PBs a long time ago but hated them because they never fit my left ear correctly, these fit so wonderfully! I love to integrated Siri function and the snug fit helps drown out most of the background noise in the gym since they’re never slipping out and falling to the ground. Plus the charging case makes it so much easier to charge them on the go. I highly recommend

My mother talked me into buying a more quality pair since I have every kind of earphones you can imagine but have ended up yanking them out as I turn, yanking them out because they are dead, moving cautitiusly because they dont hold but these I am able to listen to 2+ books a day and I love them. I have 2 pair now and both bought as returned. I cleaned them up keep them in the chargers and rotate during the day and I am finally meeting my brain needs to read all the text I have wanted for so long. I want a pair in every color but am watching my budget for COVID. I even wear them listing to ancient books while I mow the lawn. They could go louder being pilot I have hearing loss and have them on the highest volume. I have recommended them to my mothers vet bf who has tinnitus. Who would then be able to watch Bluetooth tv without it scaring the dogs and neighbors or sparking police for loud noise complaints. You will not be disappointed. I cannot say enough positive things.

LOVE this headset! Quality is great! They stay in place on the ears when working out. I've tried a lot of headphones and they bent l never stay in my ears! This pair is definitely a winner!

Bought these as a replacement gift for my daughter. she absolutely loves these headphones. this was her 3rd pair

The Powerbeats wireless 3 have a higher output than these. I had nothing bad to say until about a month after purchase. The case would not charge and my Powerbeats pros would never connect. The right earphone doesn’t charge when the case says it’s full. When I put these on the the gym it always indicates that it only connects the left Powerbeats and not the right one. I’ve had the Powerbeats 3 for three years and never had any of these issues. They need to fix these bugs it’s nothing but a headache! Almost like I want my money back or to get a new pair replaced. I always end up having to restart my iPhone or resetting the Powerbeats bros from the case or “forget connection” on blue tooth. Such a hassle

The headphones are awesome you would think the sound quality won’t be the same cause they’re so small but let me tell you they sound amazing bass and all and unlike the Samsung that my wife has! if your on the phone talking with one of the headphones and it dies you can grab the other one and continue talking my wife! But my wife’s Samsungs you can only use one to talk and if it dies that’s it you can’t use the other one you have to charge it so that right there alone made the beats better in my book

Overall good earbuds but sometimes it’s hard to connect when putting them on my ear. Also I have to double check to make sure the earbuds are charging in the case.

I have been looking for earbuds that fit comfortably and won't fall out during workouts or just in general. I am so happy I got these because they are comfortable and they stay on! I have the Samsung Galaxy Live and they do not fit my ear and constantly fall out and especially during workouts where I'm sweating a lot, they slip off. No matter what size I used to adjust them. These are perfect! They not only had the adjustable ear piece that fits my ear canal but the behind the ear piece is flexible where I can bend it down for a more secure fit. I am 4'9 and weigh 110 and have small ears. You can not go wrong with these! The only con is the ivory is a little more white than I would like.

I was an avid AirPod user but I was tired of them falling out of my ears when working out or traveling, so I was so excited to get these because I knew I wouldn’t have that issue. However, after a week of using these and trying them out I was not a fan. I thought the sound quality was AWFUL and I couldn’t understand all the reviews saying they were good. I had tried 3 of 4 eartips that came in the box and was sadly boxing them back up to return when I decided I should do some more research. I kept seeing people saying the sound was unmatched when you find the perfect eartip for your ear, so I figured I would try the only one I hadn’t tried. I am so glad I did!!! The quality is absolutely amazing, I cannot hear anything around me, and the bass is amazing. So definitely give them a try and make sure you try every single eartip that it comes with because with the functionality and sound quality, these headphones are life changing.

These earphones have completely changed my experience of listening to music. They put real thought into user experience and product design. Ear hooks adjust. The earbud case also serves as a portable rechargeable battery. I leave the case charging while I'm wearing the earphones. Then, even when I'm out and about, putting the earphones back in the case recharges them. I also ordered CASEMATIX - Carrying Case for Beats by Dr. Dre PowerBeats Pro from Best Buy at the same time. This is a must-have accessory. I clip it on to my bag and pop the whole earphone charging case in to head out the door. For what it's worth, I also got this connected fine to my Linux desktop on Ubuntu 20.04 by installing blue-man manager (2.1.2). Took a little tinkering on that, but happy with the results.

Great device. Love not having to hold phone to talk. Able to shop, cook, drive, etc. without holding phone. The only negative is battery life. Wish it lasted all day before battery plays out. Love that it fits over the ear as opposed to inserting in ear canal.

They are very good for music but the only bad thing about them is the mic, it’s not that loud I have tested 3 of these and all have the same issue

Perfect Earphone! No complaints at all about my choice to purchase these wireless earphones. The charging is fast and the battery last for a long time. One of the best things besides the sound of these earphones is they will connect with a phone, computer or TV. I have them connected to my Samsung 55" TV in the bedroom and to my laptop. The battery life is exceptional, I can listen for hours and walk around my house without losing connection. I am also impressed with the sound quality of these little earphones. I have small ear canals and most hurt my ears but not these. Most people don't like the part that goes over the ears but I like them when I'm cleaning house because I know there is no chance they will fall out. I have used these a lot and no issues at all with any aspect of these earphones. I have no complaints!

My all time favorite wireless over the ear headphones ever! Comfy, crystal clear sound, can wear both or one at a time. I often wear one when Im running. I wore one for a 10k and it didnt budge or glitch the entire time! These will be my go-to!

I began using this model about 4 years ago. At first my family didn't like them and they kept using their regular AirPods and their Pro's. Well, one by one I've convinced them to all convert to these. We each have different colored ones, though the cases are all black. That's one drawback, so we had to mark the outsides of our cases to distinguish them. They sound great, stay on, and are great for exercising.

Very good quality in talks of durability and quality. Mainly bought this for the gym so it can stay in my ear and so far it has exceeded my expectation. The noise cancelling features is my favorite as I can focus on what Im doing at the moment without outside noise, especially its sound quality being very well it just exceeds my expectations.

Loved mine for 2years unfortunately they stopped charging.

Great product. Sounds great. Fits good. Other earbuds would fall out but not these. I prefer doing business with best buy. I trust best buy. I value best buy customer service.
