I just love this head phone I really recommend very nice

I liked them so much I got 3 pairs for my dear friends in Bali

I had to return my first pair because they kept turning off. I am in the process of calling apple for the same reason on the second pair

The ear pieces are uncomfortable to me and a little bulky. I would recommend it to some of my associates after expressing my opinion to them.

A Hugh let down the sound quality is good but the overall durability of the headphone is trash the pieces that go’s around your ear over a period of time starts to bend and eventually breaks off second pair that happens to and also the mic part crumbled exposing the wires and eventually start to short out I wouldn’t dare buy again even if they had a price reduction.

I have purchased 2 sets of PowerBeats 3 wireless earbuds during the last 2 years and I'm deeply disappointed in the quality. The first pair developed a problem with one of the earbuds covers became disengaged from the base. Best Buy was not supportive in accepting my return for a free replacement because I had purchased them a year earlier. I purchased a new set in October 2019, and I have experienced the same problem 13 months later. Luckily,the sales agent encouraged me to purchase a two-year insurance replacement coverage. Now I'm forced to get another pair of PowerBeats 3 earbuds for the replacement. Considering the repeated problems with PowerBeats earbuds, I would rather get another brand. I would not recommend the Power Beats 3 Earbuds.

I purchased these after buying a competitor's pair of wireless earbuds. The previous brand, were too big for my ears no matter my changing the sizes of the twist lock ear enhancers. I like that these are not so bulky in my ear. I can leave them in for longer periods of time, without discomfort. The sound is amazing. I also like getting 12 hours of battery life. Sometimes I think it lasts longer when the volume is low or I turn it off between breaks of listening. The secure fit hooks, which go over the ear are a plus. I don't feel them and they do provide a stable snug fit. I don't have sweaty workouts, so I'm unsure of the durability when wet. I wipe them clean using a bit of alcohol with no problems. One disappointment about these is the carrying case. It's a simple rubbery plastic ovular shape with a slit on one end. It would be better with a zipper. I'm sure the design ensures they stay in place, however some folks would want a dual purpose. I would like to put be able to place a key or cash inside. I also wish it had a small clip on the back to secure it to your shirt. Other than that, this is one of the best purchases I've made at Best Buy.

Dont waste your money! Had these less than 6 months. The glue wore off causing the ear buds to come apart. The wire is exposed so it tears. Sent in for repairs and they charge me for a brand new pair. Ridiculous!

Great sound, comfortable, stays in place even when working out, light weight and ridiculously long battery life with no change in performance. Controls have a crisp sort of click when you push the buttons and work as described. Syncs easily to Bluetooth with a cool pop up picture of the Beats to help while syncing. This may be the best Bluetooth device to date as others don’t sync well and cause frustration. Carrying case is a modern version of an old change purse that you squeeze the end to open. It holds the included small charging cable and headphones and has a smooth rubberized exterior so it won’t fall out of your pocket. Wish the case had Velcro, zipper or button to secure when closed so nothing can fall out but so far so good. Must update to iOS 10 for iPhone for the Beats to work. Weird noise in between songs but (from what I’ve read) that’s an iPhone update bug that needs to be fixed and not the headphones. Little pricey but worth the investment. Great for active people. Can’t go wrong.

Audio Quality is fair at best...very under powered.

5 weeks after purchase they just mysteriously stopped working. I don't like the fact that beats can't get extended warranty through Best Buy like many other store products. They only offer a 14 return policy

apple and best buy left me in the cold with broken earphones.. i had them for about 2 weeks... very poor quality...

So I only bought it on Black Friday on a whim to really push myself to go running since I spent 120 bucks on headphones ha. Sound quality is great, the bass is punchy and fills music good. Highs are nice and crisp and don't fatigue your ears as quickly. The headphones come with the charging cable that is way to short in my opinion but thats not a deal breaker, they charge very quickly and last a long time on a charge. The one thing I would say is that the volume is a bit too low for me on max level. If it would go one or two more notches on the volume level I think these would be perfect.

I can't turn the volume up or down and when I'm on the phone ppl can't hear me. Haven't had them a year yet.

Too heavy on the ears and they wear out quickly I only had them for 3 months and the cord is coming apart. Cord charger is too short.. Disappointing cant return them or exchange them past my time. I didn't get the protection on them since I thought I would not have any issue since its Beats. Guess I was wrong. I would not recommend buying this.

I rarely write reviews, however this one is well deserved. As a male I think it must be unusual for men to have small ear openings. I have struggled for years with headsets and the ear bud falling out of my ear, especially when running well EUREKA! I found a set that stays locked in place, doesn't cause discomfort, and sounds amazing! These bad boys are almost like ear plugs and blocks out surrounding sound, and again sound awesome and the base is great also!

I got these on a great sale during the holiday season. I have used them as my primary headphone for about 2 months and they definitely provide me with the sound quality I want. The deep bass provides a great listening experience while not overpowering the vocals and other instruments in the music. The bass also gives great energy while working out. The comfort is not the greatest as they are intended for fitness. This being said, I would expect them to stay in my ears very well, and they have not disappointed, although I do adjust them periodically. If you are wanting sound isolation, these do pretty well, but they do not block out all ambient noise until you have the volume almost all the way up and they are fitted to your ears perfectly If you have an iPhone or other Apple products, these are definitely worth the money. With the A1 chip they have great range and the set up is seamless

These ear buds broke in the first two months. The ear piece came apart from the piece that goes in the ear, causing the wire to detach.
