Doesnt fit my ear right

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As a person who has very tiny ears this would be better if you were able to adjust like making the base more or any of that when you hook up the earphones to your phone it doesn’t give you that option. You can’t download an app like you can with like the AirPods for Apple, in all reality, I gave it three stars when I should’ve given it one and a half stars they’re better for somebody who has bigger ears and who doesn’t mind the screeching noise and I can’t stand that

No battery in the case

Most cases for wireless earbuds include a battery and will recharge the earbuds wherever they are put back into the case. This product does not include that basic feature. I didn’t look to make sure that was an included feature since the cheaper $25-$50 earbuds I’ve had included that. At $80, I assumed that would be an included feature of these earbuds, but I was wrong.
