I'll give them the cute factor. They look good on and off! But thats about all thats good about them. They are so heavy on your head you can't wear them for long periods of time. Also, they made my ears SUPER hot which in turn made my whole body super hot. I tried them for a bit and decided it just wasn't going to work out, so I returned them and went with Sony.

These are my 4th pair of Beats headphones and I was kind of disappointed in the sound quality in comparison to my prior headphones.

The sound quality is good. However we just purchased 6 months ago and they are falling apart already. I believe for the price they build quality should be great but it’s not. I thought we would be able to get assistance from the manufacturer but they want $170 to repair them.

I would have to say this is a underwhelming headset. For the money you should get more bounce. Very disappointed.

I recently discovered the noise cancelling phenomenon when I tried on the Beats Studio 3 in the store and half of the ambient noise magically went away. I immediately purchased these headphones and was fascinated by them when commuting all over NYC. Couple of days after Beats Solo Pro came out and I felt tempted to try them out. It was a shock... I couldn't believe this was the same brand... - the sound quality - very average, definitely not at the level of 300$ headphones (there are many alternatives with better sound twice as cheap) - they are heavy, uncomfortably heavy - Beats doesn't provide a sound cable, at all! In case the battery dies, there is no way to listen to anything. Where did the beautiful Beats sound cable with controls go? - the charging cable is the Apple lightning one...why? Everything is moving towards USB C now, so... - the case is made of some type of unattractive and not very functional cloth... Where did the solid shell case go?.. I would understand all these sacrifices if these headphones cost a 100$...but they do not. I am super happy with my Studio 3 headphones, and I've always respected the brand, but... I hope something else will come out soon, up to the Beats standards.

As much as I think these are the best headphones released by Beats/Apple I'm planning on returning them because they hurt my ears. I cannot wear these for more than an hour without feeling like my ears are going to fall off. Get if only planning on wearing them for less than an hour, don't get them if you're planning on wearing them for more than an hour.

Definitely not worth it. Can't believe these were $300 I paid $160 and still have 2 pair of similar ones that only cost $50 or less and sound just as good. The Sony ones i paid $35 for actually sound far better.
