I'll be honest. I really expected much more from these headphones. The base was not worth the money so I ended up returning them. The only reason I tried them was the name. Very disappointed.

Definitely expected better quality from a pair of beats . I’ve listened to music with headphones that cost 15$ that sound better. I returned them bc I was severely disappointed.

First off, let me say that I am no expert when it comes to headphones, I'm just someone who loves to listen to music and watch movies. Package: The box contains a soft carrying case, a USB to lightning connector, a couple of stickers, a couple of starter guides, and of course the headphones themselves. All in all, very nice. The headphones themselves are fairly tight, almost to a point where they're a bit uncomfortable to wear. The nice cool feature is that they turn on and off when you fold/unfold the headphones. Pairing is easy. You hold the mode button on the left ear cup, and then pair it using the setting on the device of your choice. I was able to successfully and easily pair to both my android and apple devices. The sound is rich and the bass is good. I took it to the gym for a workout session. I found it a bit difficult to use while running, but during lifting, it was smooth sailing. It was easy to wipe clean afterwards. (The gym session didn't go too long because once again, they were starting to become uncomfortable after about 30 minutes) Overall, they're great sounding headphones, easy to pair, look great, they're just slightly difficult to use after a certain period... maybe once i break the padding in a bit, they may become more comfortable. Unfortunately I don't think I can use these for long periods of time.... or maybe my head is just too big. :(

Extremely upset. I used a total of 10 times and the charging port is defective. They won’t work anymore. I spent almost $200 on headphones for this. Never again

The sound wasn't good at all. These are no where near the same as the other beats headphones I had in the past.

Not so good. You expect better from beats. Works better with android or ios but very poor for windows based device.

You can’t use them outside without catching some dumb wind noise. They’re supposed to noise canceling headphones I’m So disappointed I’m stuck with em wish I could of found this out before.

I will never again buy open box brand new these beats solo had no charging wire and was missing all the accessories. It was a Christmas gift and I was embarrassed.

In store tried to use account credit coupons for purchase. Cashier made mistake charged full amount had to credit back and charge again. Measure twice cut once.

After having these Beats headphones for a few days I can say the sound is pretty good. It could be louder. The noise cancellation does not work that well. I like the comfort of the headphones and the matte red color is awesome. I really do like the headphones but wish the price point was lower due to quality and not so great noise cancellation.

Less than a month since I got it and it stops working. Will not turn on, won't charge. It was nice until then

I did not made this purchase. Simone else made this purchase using my member id and reward certificates. Not sure if the store checked the id

Hated them. Returned them immediately. Did not work with computer or monitor to online conference.

Only one side worked. Tried to return them and I couldn’t so I’m forced to keep something so expensive and call apple for help.

Intermittent audio issues led to only a single side working. Trying to get to warranty page but pages aren’t loading.

Can't wear for more than 10 mins. My ears hurt. Extremely uncomfortable. Also, poor call quality. Don't buy this if you're working from home.

They sucks I did like them I brought them they didn’t work they didn’t want to give me my money back

Item was not able to be fix and to repair costs as much as the items protection plan sucks lost of money waisted on my item.

As someone who has [referred in-ear headphone options, this was my first venture into this style and I really have liked it. Being wireless and noise-canceling were both positives for me, my only gripe was that they are more geared towards iPhone than Android (which I have) but overall I liked them.

Will not turn on. I changed them for 2 days. Would never power on after one use.
