I can’t hear youuuuu!!!

I truly cannot hear others when I have these headphones on and I do not have it that loud. (I’m older and don’t want hearing loss). I love them. But I don’t like wearing them outside bc of this. I will not use them on one ear. But this is an awesome purchase bc any type of air pod or ear bud falls out of my tiny ears.
