They’re awedome

For the rest I love the sound is high and clean.

Trash Headphones

The Battery life is trash. Noise Cancellation is a complete joke. I keep having connectivity issues. The worst part of it all is the BATTERY life (I know I’m repeating this).

Case melted while charging

I woke up this morning and the case had melted to the charger. Apple will send a replacement but requires a $260 hold on my credit card to do so.

Not even slightly happy with these

My buddy has a pair and was trying to carry a conversation with them in. I told he had to take them out or I was hanging up. He sounded like some weird robot. Then the music play back is awful. I keep getting this static interrupting my music even tho I’m listening on a new iPhone pro and using the Apple Music app. I’ll be returning these.

Do not buy open box excellent from Plano store
