The quality I expected

Noise cancelling is good and fits my ears just right. I do not use these for phone calls so I can not speak to call quality. I do Have one negative comment that the charging cable only comes with both ends as a “c” adaptor not a regular USB. Not sure why they would do this??? Other than that they are the quality I expect from Apple and Beats.

While they’re nice in design, the sound quality wasn’t quite what I expected. They don’t seem as loud as I’d hoped, and I find myself needing to turn up the volume more than usual. For the price I paid, they’re a decent option, but the audio experience might not suit everyone’s preferences.
