Ive contacted both Best Buy and Fedex to to ask wheres my shipment. Fedex doesnt know where it is and told to wait, called Best Buy 4 days ago and asked them to resend the purchase, guess what no updates from Best Buy.

Ofcourse you know you need to drop it off. Go thru the warranty stuff. They try everything to get to say it’s user stuff. The sound is horrible.

Noise cancellation is absolutely horrible. You can hear everything around you including low conversions. They are very easy to drop. The design makes them hard to put back and take out of the charging case. I will say they did a good job with the button being so big on them.
