Left ear bud

I had to take them in to get them repaired because the left earbud started to play very very quiet. Had to wait three weeks for them to replace the part now the left earbud is doing it again so now I have to take it back once more to get the left earbud replaced again. I will never buy these again if you’re looking for earbuds, I would choose something different.

Dont stay in my ears

Stick with Apple or another earbud

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When Apple bought Beats By Dr Dre in 2014, Apple literally stripped the best tech in Beats and used it to create their own product (Airpods Pro) for the price I expected a better audio quality… what kind of 3rd market product is this? Apple really played the game well with the purchase of Beats… the only one who won here was Apple. Beats is NOT what it used to be.
