But unfortunately when talking on the phone, these go mute for no reason and I have to alternate between going to speaker phone/ or talk with the actual phone to my ear then switch back to Bluetooth for these to work. This happens every 15 min. Very inconvenient for something to be hands free.

I understand that they’re not Apple AirPod pros, nor are they Bose earbuds, but these things sound like cheap car speakers that I used to have in the 1970s. The only thing good about them is that they work well with my motorcycle.

Altho, the BIGGEST issue is that when I purchased them (on January 2), I was not told there was only a two week window to return the item. When I brought them back (on day 16 because I was unable to get to the store before then) I was informed that not only could I not get my money back, I couldn’t even get a store credit because I wasn’t a “Best Buy Member”. Last time I’ll ever visit this chain. I’ll go anywhere else. Ridiculous. It’s only a matter of time before you end uo the same way Curcuit City did
