Pretty Good

The inlucsion of the Apple chip really helps syncing and features of the iPhone. Only negative would be they can be a bit tight and the earfuls aren't that deep so your ear can be pressed inside if you got a big head like me lol

I don't like in-ear headphones & didn't wanna spend the ridiculous amount of money that AirPod Pros cost. Zero complaints! Also they come with a convenient carrying case so that's cool too lol.

And easy to use.. the only complaint i really have is after you wear them for extended time periods they can become uncomfortable.. but that is to each their own.. I’ve had good luck with them and I like them.

However, I discovered I could buy them much cheaper on my Amazon Prime account. I did appreciate that the sales lady at Best Buy was knowledgeable and could answer all my questions about this product.

Broke in 3 months

Best buy wouldnt do anything. Apple said it wasnt covered under warranty. The headphones had good ratings so I didnt know this was a common issue with these until it happened to my son and then I did more research. I bought the a replacement piece that YouTubers recommend to fix it ourselves, but so far we haven't been able to unscrew the headphones. 6 months later we still cant finad anyone to fix them.
