At first I was nervous about it not working or something but then once I connected the beats to my phone (which was easy) I was so happy. I was showing it off to everyone and I still am!!!

Solid pair of headphones, would say it had everything you need in general. Only complaints are the sound quality is not top of the line and they are fragile when packed, even with the included case. When playing sports, as long as you’re not moving too hard or fast, these headphones will stay on with some adjusting.

Best purchase that I ever made because I can finally enjoy my music

I got these headphones for traveling, is my last pair where it beats solo three. To be completely honest besides the kind of OK noise canceling the quality was way better on those somehow. They sound super tinny for some reason and voices can be really shrill and almost painful if you make the volume too high, even if you can’t hear it when it’s too low. Music is decent to listen to, but not mind blowing as almost every single thing for this price point is. Also, the controls are absolutely horrendous and turning them on and off and turning on noise canceling and almost any other function on the headphones is just annoying.

The headphones Were open box and had many marks on them not great quality like it was advertised and the sound sometimes goes out on one size of the headphones . Not worth the money

They sound good and the transparency mode works great, but the noise cancellation is surprisingly poor in my experience.

Love them! I own four sets of them. I own several different brands and these are my Favorite for day to day usage

Well the left side didn’t work. So I had to return then and get a new pair. The new ones work great. The customer service was fast and efficient. Happy with the service.

They messed up with in 6months the left side tends to cut out other than that it could sound better

Been wanting to buy a headphones for myself and it is definitely the BEST BUY for “beginners” (Those who are slightly on the budget). But on the other side, you can hear the sound even when you are not wearing it, obviously others can hear what you are listening to.

This was an amazing purchase, I used the Best Buy website and they made it very easy to purchase my headphones as well as make an account. I would recommend for all!

Previously had a Sony headset, wanted to try out the Beats. Sound is much more clear and crisp in Sony. Beats disconnect randomly them reconnect. Never had a Bluetooth issue before with Sony. Beats are overrated, these were a gift so cant return. If you have long hair, it will get caught in the ear piece even if it's tied back. Must be the materials texture on the headset. Again never an issue with Sony
