Very good , I wish they would fit better when I’m sleeping or a repeating button for my music to playback

They are wonderful, one of the best headphones I ever had!

My headphones came dirty like they were used/touched a lot.They had marks on it. I don’t really care enough to return/exchange them because they work perfectly fine. Yes they’re good quality and I would recommend them but they make my head hurt after a while.

Great headphones, enjoy running with them. Recommend. Came in the original package with charger and cord. App lets me adjust settings.

Bought these in November of 2024 as a Christmas gift. Within a few months of use, the area where they adjust on one side broke. Luckily we bought AppleCare plan. Went to Best Buy, they said to go to Apple and we could get a replacement that day instead of them shipping them out. That was not the case, wasted 3 hours waiting for someone at Apple Store to see us, just to say they’d have to ship them out and send us a new set in a few days. That was April. Her we are again in September with the same problem. Apple Store employee said it was a known problem with these headphones, instead of upgrading us, then just sent us a refurbished set. Broke within a few months again. Wasting more time in the store to get them replaced and my son will be without them again while we wait for another replacement. I don’t have faith that we won’t have to do this again several more times before the AppleCare plan is up. He is not hard on them at all, but does use them daily. Buy yourself a better product.

The packaging for the headphones was outstanding!! My friend already loves them so much!! They make a great gift!

I can still hear the rumbling of the car when im inside it, I can still hear the music when radio is on. The sound quality is fine, if the comfort is an issue id reccomend replacing the cushions with thicker ones.

Highly recommend this item. Bought it for my wife and she loves it.

I bought these headphones to use with music and also working from home. I bought these to replace a pair of on the ear beats that I used for the same thing. I’ve had these headphones for just under a year now and they are the worst purchase I’ve ever made. They will not stay connected to my computer even though they say they are. It will work for all of the sound all besides when I try to take or make a work call. Then the sound and headphone mic will not work. It randomly makes the “disconnecting” sound when I’m not doing anything. Basically a huge waste of money I can’t return.

Love it. I can’t wait to take on a flight with me!! I will enjoy them so much.

Positives: They’re trendy, and the perfect find for the teenager that likes to drown out nagging lol Negatives: Out the package and the noise-cancellation does not work. There is no difference between transparency mode and noise cancellation so there is a defect. I checked online and this is a common issue with this model of headphones (we had an earlier model with no problems). I hate spending the time and energy to return things, so this is EXTREMELY inconvenient. Another negative is the sound continues to play once you remove the headphones. I think I’m spoiled with my earbuds, but I wish they would have a detection, so the sound stops when there’s no ear detected. Bluetooth only connects one device at a time so we can’t connect multiple devices to the headphones. We spent way too much time trying to connect the headphones to two devices, so this was a DISAPPOINTMENT. Lastly, we purchased the chocolate brown, and the new matte finish allows for noticeable fingerprints. I would not recommend buying.

Noise cancelling was not that good but ok and good at this budget point

Great for over-ear Dolby Atmos experience, usb-c connectivity/Lossless audio, and headphone jack. But it lacks A1 chip for continuity between your apple products.
