After reading several reviews and speaking to a family member who owned a pair of beats Studio headphones. I decided to spend the money and get a pair myself. Since I travel very frequently for work I thought these would be well-used. I noticed the noise cancelling seemed off from the pair that my cousin had. Which he bought prior to Apple acquiring Beats. There was a low frequency hum that sounded like that pressure noise that happens when you have a sunroof open in the car and no other windows open. When I turned my head to the side the noise cancelling would go away. At high volume there was a lot of driver feedback which sounded like the speakers were about to blow. For the money that the Beats headphones cost you're much better off spending your money on a pair of higher end headphones like Bose or klipsch. The Bose QuietComfort 35 have a much better sound stage across the entire volume spectrum. And the noise cancelling of the Bose is far superior than anything on the market.

It has white noise when the headphone is on but not in use. Not even half as good as the Bose.

These are at best a $200 pair of headphones. No noise cancellation and the sound quality was not there.

Used them under normal conditions and they fail to recharge just after the warranty expired. They sound good but too expensive for something that only lasts one year. Apple offered to repair for $199. I didn’t pay that much for them new.

I have gone through four sets of Wireless Studio Beats since March of 17. Each set has failed within the return period. The last set failed just outside of the return period. Contacted customer service to set up repair. Shipped the box now the package is lost. Carrier is no help and customer service will not offer any resolution either. I would expect a lot more from a $300 pair of headphones. Not only will I never purchase another pair of Beats, this makes me question Apple products all together. Save the time, hassle and money; go with another product.

The headphone is beautiful but leaks sound so bad. Whenever I use it at the library, the staff complain that it makes noice. The product is too costly for the quality. I regret buying it.

Didn't even last an entire year. I had to toss it in the trash. Spent a lot of money and I could not return it. Blue tooth just kept disconnecting from the headset even though device was nearby. Tried multiple devices until it finally just never turned on anymore. Years later I am still disappointed on the amount of the purchase and only being able to use it for such a short period of time. Very very disappointed. I've never bought a beats device since this. I cannot advocate for a company who does not stand by its product and I certainly was not offered a replacement when I tried to reach out. #lessonlearned#wisernowthenbefore#notobeats...

I gave these to my daughter on her Birthday, May 8 and they stopped working on June 21. I brought them to Best Buy but they can't exchange because of Apples terms with the store. It is past the return time since I bought them on April 30 so I have to go through the warranty with Apple. (I am Elite Member so I missed by 6 days, really Best Buy!) Best Buy looked at them for me and said they think one of the ports is defective so the headphones will not charge. I called Apple and they have to send me a box to return and then they will send me new headphones. Total turn around time is about a week and a half they said. This is very frustrating. I understand defectives happen but Best Buy's unwillingness to do an exchange for an Elite member makes me not want to shop there ever again.

Thought my teenage son would be quite excited about this pair of headphones however these were defective...right headphone nonfunctional out of the box (after charging). Best Buy made things even better; stood in line for 30 minutes to exchange whereby "Jonathan" said go find another pair in the store and come back, no need to wait in line again. Staff at headphone area laughed at me as they all knew everything had been sold out. Had to stand in line 35 minutes again to place an order for exchange.20 minutes later I thought I was all set. Called BestBuy today only to hear the 2 orders "cancelled each other out" and if I want them, I have to re-order again. What??? Very disappointed with Best Buy. Should stick with Amazon.

Had to return them after 2-3 due to extreme head pressure leading to headaches/migraines. After 2+ hours of use the pain became unbearable. Product it self is great and durable but just not for me.

Held together by electrical tape after 18 months of limited use. Sound is good and blocks out outside noise well. Will not buy this brand again.

so far we've owned these headphones for a little over seven months and they are junk. We first returned the headphones after a a couple of weeks because they wouldn't charge. Best Buy sent them back to Apple for repair. Apparently it was something major as they replaced the headphones. About 3 months later, we noticed they sounded like there was all treble and no bass. Now, one speaker doesn't work at all. I guess I'll have to make another trip to Best Buy to check on the warranty. Really wish we decided to save the money and go with Bose!
