It helps to easily see the ear canal for cleaning.

I was concerned the camera quality would be low with this product. But I saw an option for a 3 megapixel camera and the 10 megapixel camera. We opted for the 10 and it was a great choice.

Handy features. The wireless design adds convenience to the mix. A bit hard to maneuver at first and requires some practice to get used to camera angle.

Some reviews state that the app doesn’t have this product listed as a setup option - it does. It is a terrific product and it’s very easy to use. The tweezer feature is something I couldn’t find on any competitors versions. My whole family loves this !

Now I can see everything! I’m addicted to constantly cleaning my ears with cotton swabs but always felt I had more in my ears. This device helped me see that it was just in my head, I can see my ears are absolutely cleaned out from the inside.

Neat idea the tweezers didn't work from day one. This is definitely a novel item and maybe it will work and be helpful to someone a plastic was scoop was of more use to me

So we noticed that the manufacturer date listed on product was 2017. That’s already 5 years in the past, thinking these are sitting on a self somewhere for that long the batteries can’t be great. We really wanted this product to work but as soon as we paired it and used it for the first time the camera gave out. The screen was purple and green with line running through it. We really wanted this to work, maybe we got a dud?

You can see all the grossness that gets cleaned up with relative ease. I never thought id want to see inside my ears but now i know i was wrong.

Wow! This thing is amazing. If you produce a lot of ear wax and you dont want to go to the doctor for removal, you need this tool. Very convenient for home wax removal.

I didn't think that I'd actually have fun cleaning my ears with this but I did. Do I hear any better? Not sure but I can feel when my ear isn't clean if that makes sense.

the robotic tweezers can't pick up or pull small things or hair at all. The camera or wireless connection works fine.

The light is bright and clear but the twezzers won’t open you can hear the sound but not open

Great for looking in areas that are hard to see with a mirror.

Great gadget. We got this out of pure curiosity to check out my kids itchy ears. 1st world issues. A lil $$

Easy to set up and connect. It works well. My kids like it and its really dade to use. Just dont go too deep and be safe.

Doesnt work as well as i thought it would, could be smaller.

My wife loved this while it worked. The cover that turn the pincers into scoops fall off too easily and can get stuck in your ear. But just over a year and the battery is shot.

Will never connect after multiple attempts. Support is non-existent and they push ads on their app after spending a good amount of money for their product. Wound up finding an inexpensive "no name" brand that cost a fifth of this item and works like a charm. Plus I'm not getting spammed with ads every time I open the app.
