Any long use will surprisingly heat up the device to an uncomfortable temperature. In addition, the device has a short battery life. This combined with the base that has to be connect at all times for it to charge makes this overall package not that convenient.

Maybe I just need to use it more in order to understand it fully.

I think it's kind of cool that it connects with my smart phone to use this product. The small pieces that comes with the easily breaks that's the only down part and can easily get loss but has amazing storage unit for all the little pieces for the air. I like that and I really like the easy USB charging method.

Overall the quality is excellent and it works as advertised. Have had 0 issues with it.

Probably not something that needs to be used daily. I thought my ears were clean but I found some good amount of stuff.
