Doesn’t work even tho Best Buy rep recommended it. It’s actually Bose that should sell replacement cords at Best Buy. Bose makes things very difficult when you need something quick

That's odd. The Belkin Dual USB-A Wall Charger 24W (WCE001) supports most USB-C smartphones, tablets, and accessories. Using a different charging cable might help isolating the setback.

The packaging is not clear. I needed another charging cable for my Apple products. The packaging stated APPLE, among others. When I got home & tried to use it, it was not compatible with my Apple products. When I returned it and had this discussion with the counter guy at Best Buy, he gave me a techie answer. That's his job. But, without being a techie, but being knowledgeable, I should have been able to read the exterior packaging and know what I was buying. Very Annoying.

The included USB-A to USB-C cable does not work with lightning-enabled devices but, the Dual USB-A Wall Charger 24W is compatible with Apple devices, and you can use a USB-A to Lightning cable. My order started in Illinois the state I live in then it was sent down to Texas which delayed the delivery by 4 days.
