The down side is that some phones doesn't fully recognize the adapter and says how long it will take to charge.

I am able to charge an iPhone on one cord and an Android Phone with the cord provided). It would be better if it was 35W vs 20W - as the speed of charging is slow in the bigger items like an iPad. Also like the power prongs swing into the charger for travel.
