C port to c port charges quickly. I needed a cord to plug into my USB in the car to charge my IPAD 12 pro.

My issue isn't with the product at all. So if all you're interested in is how the Belkin BOOST CHARGE works, you can quit reading now. It works. But I'm going to go on and rant about something that has nothing to do with the product at all. I want to know why there are a gazillion different USB connectors for a gazillion different USB devices. There are micros. There are minis. There are type Cs. There are full sized connectors. Why can't the industry settle on a standard? I have too many USB cables in my junk drawer. I'd love to throw most of them out. But with the number of different devices I have, I need them all. Sheesh!
