Also the cord can be oriented so that you can angle it different ways.

Charges 2 out of 3 of my Apple Products

I can use standby mode and have my iwatch charging. The magnet feels strong and automatically clicks. But the bottom part that is suppose to charge my Apple AirPods did not work at all. I took the AirPods out of the case and it still wouldn’t charge. I kept it because it charges 2 out of my 3 Apple products. The AirPods I use are the Apple AirPods 2nd Gen.
