Didn't work

Downloaded the Belkin driver, still no luck. Tried several times, no joy. Was outside of BB return policy so I just left it lie on my desk.

Useful accessory

Only complaint is that the dock is upside down due to the USB cable orientation.

The Ethernet port did not function in macOS Sierra (10.12) and Belkin does not have an updated driver. Other posters on Belkin's site show that Belkin must have known about this for quite some time and has not moved to update the driver. I later found out that the chip manufacturer DOES have a driver that works on this device in MacOs 10.12, but Belkin didn't lift a finger to migrate it to their site. This takes Belkin support from "poor" to "unacceptable"

Great USB3 Expandability & Ethernet Connection
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.With this I was able to expand the number of USB3 connections on my Apple Macbook Air 13 to allow more HD or whatever I want to connect to the 13" Macbook Air 13". That as well as have the full ethernet speed for connecting to the router without using the WIFI.
