I needed a 3.0 USB port for a new surveillance camera system. The USB multi port was to download and record footage. It is exactly what I needed and it does the job. I would recommend.

I was skeptical at first as it seemed rather flimsy. However, after using several times it is preforming well above my expectations.

I needed more USB ports for my new Lenovo laptop. When I found this one, it proved to be the perfect solution. It not only gives me three high speed ports, but also an ethernet connection.

Surface Pro has only one USB port. When loading pictures or printing mouse receiver had to be unpluged. The Hub has 4 sockets making it possible to have 4 different USB divices at once.

My wife uses this on our Surface Pro 4. This way she can plug this into the Surface Pro, then plug a mouse into one outlet and still have two more for exterior hard drive or flash drives.

Just like 2.0 hubs, installation is a no brainer. The problem that I experienced is that the hub ports are slightly too large thus not holding the USB plug tightly. Any movement of the hub caused one of my devices to drop out (whichever one was plugged into the middle port). Duct tape was the solution, but it should not be that way. Other than that, the hub works fine.

Currently my need for USB ports exceeds the number of ports available on my laptop. This device has been a life saver .

For the surface that only have one USB 3... This is the perfect combination to have Ethernet and 3 USB port. It is better than the Microsoft Ethernet USB for the Surface.

This product not only provides 3 high speed USB ports, but also a gigabit Ethernet LAN port....very useful for Microsoft surface pro 4 or surface book users

Once I was informed that there a multiple hub, it helps me to connection all the necessary items - printer, mouse, modem. Plus the cost was resonable.

Needed to connect multiple hard drives to my laptop and also be able to connect directly to my modem to configure my home network. This unit does the job.

This product adds extra USB ports, making productivity on your computer a lot better. It also had a Ethernet for gigabit Ethernet connectivity

USB speed is good. Setup is minimal. Works well with highly interactive and dynamic data loads. Generally works as expected with my Mac.

It is a little bulky but works great, and allows me additional USB ports and an Ethernet port for my laptop

Perfect for chromecast, external tv tuner, and other USB devices you wish to plug to your tv. Especially if your tv only has one USB connection.

This item may work well, but I cannot use it and I have wasted my money. Not necessarily the fault of the item, but of Best Buy. If you plug this into a computer, it kills the wi fi it is connected to. There is a port for R45 to go into. I wanted a 3 X usb extension, but this needs to be connected to the Internet to work and then this is used to connect peripherals.
