Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the 4-Port USB Type-C Hub's numerous USB ports, ease of use, and high-quality build. Many appreciate its compact size and compatibility with various devices, finding it well-designed and practical. However, some users noted that the hub can get warm during use and that the cable could be longer. The product's positive aspects outweigh these minor drawbacks for most customers.

Essential Adapter
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. An essential 'dongle' - this adapter is handy when you need more connections or port formats you just don't have available on the device you own! So many devices are reducing their available ports and/or connection formats! This simplifies accessibility, especially when you're away from your workstation and when you're working with other devices.

Better options out there
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.had to return it because it would connect to my computer consistently. New one does so far. metal design seems like it would be a good idea to protect the HUB but I'm always scared I'm going to scratch it. in retrospect i probably would have just purchased a different brand but i got such a good deal on this one from a BLK friday deal....99.99 down to 49.99. Side note: customer service for this product is sub par

Great little travel hub
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This allowed me to connect directly to my In-Laws network when I was working remotely. it filled the need for a remote hub with network and USB ports for my keyboard and mouse. I didn't end up connecting a monitor to it this time but it's good to know that could have and may in the future. It worked very well for me.

Works as advertised. No Complaints.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this for the gigabit and USB 3.0 ports. The hdmi port is limited to 30Hz at 4K, but that is due to the USB upstream connection and not really a limitation of this hub. The SD card reader works well. I do not charge through the dock, as it only passes 2/3 of the current needed to keep a MacBook Pro 16 charged under use.

Perfect for my 2017 MBP
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is exactly what I needed for connecting multiple USB devices to my 2017 MacBook Pro. A number of devices (webcam, headset) require power on the USB port, and the Apple USB-C to USB-A dongle wasn't providing it. This device allows me to plug them all into one place, along with power, HDMI, and GigE... then one single cable goes into the MBP.

Perfect accessory for Apple iPad Pro!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With a recent upgrade to the Apple iPad Pro 12.9 as my primary device, I wanted an easy way to plug my iPad into my ethernet and attach additional accessories. This device is well constructed, and works perfectly! Still amazed by the capabilities of the iPad now. This device also works great with my 2019 16" MacBook Pro.

Must have MacBook Pro accessory
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I take this USB C hub everywhere with me as it comes in handy. I was a little skeptical when I bought my new Mac, but this allows me to connect everything I need on a daily basis without having to buy all of my accessories all over again. The color also matches my space gray computer and it looks very sleek and elegant

Great USB-C hub for Windows and Mac
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this as a replacement for my Satechi Hub which had poor ethernet port (too loose and lost connection too often). Ports work great. Internet speed comes in fast, SD Card reading is also fast. HDMI works perfect for 1080p, though for 4k it is capped at 30fps. Am just mindful of the cord as it doesn't seem as sturdy as I would want it.

Good quality at reasonable price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked this up as an alternative to Apple's branded port replicator, etc. I have found it to be quite useful, and powerful for my requirements. Belkin regularly delivers good quality at reasonable prices and this is no exception. Highly recommend it if you are in the market.

Mostly good
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Helpful for usb jump drives, but wouldn’t read my usb disc reader/cd drive. I had to buy a different one to get it to read my discs. It’s also stupid expensive and you can buy way cheaper online that reads the disc drive but it’s good in a pinch (like when your computer crashes during finals and you need something to read your jump drives RIGHT NOW).

Great Build Quality, limited to 60W power input
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product for any small laptop that takes less than 60W of power. The port placement is well designed, and build quality is top of the line. Giving it 4/5 stars because of its price compared to other competitors and the fact that it was sold to me when I bought my MacBook Pro but it's not capable of charging it. Ended up exchanging it for an Insignia hub that is able to take the 87W of the MBP.

Great USB hub for MacBook Pro
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Belkin 4-port USB Type-C Hub to replace a cheaper Satechi 2-port USB hub. The issue the caused the replacement (and one I hadn't known about prior) was that all USB hubs are not equal. Some USB-C hubs aren't capable of passing the full charging voltage from the power supply, so although the MBP was plugged in to the power supply thru the smaller hub, I was only getting about 4 hours of heavy use before the battery would be completely drained while plugged in. Also, the smaller hub was creating a temperature issue (heat) that would cause the MBP's fans to kick on at high speed, further complicating the power drain issue. Replacing the smaller hub with this Belkin has corrected both the power pass-thru issue, AND the temperature issue. The SD reader is also a huge benefit.

New laptop using old hardware. Could use more USB
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This seems fine. Just wish it had more regular USB ports. Currently I’m using the hub for a wireless mouse and another port for my external Keyboard (an older one). If I had 1 more port, I could also plug my printer into it (a non wireless one). Therefore, if I wanted to take my laptop elsewhere, all I would have to do is unplug the hub.

Works great
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can use this with my iPad Pro, Surface Go or MacBook Air. Works wel with all devices; all ports work. I had purchased a dud from the big online A store and so I wanted to buy one that I could just go to the store and return if I had issues. I’ve had absolutely no issues with this one.

Best adapter
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great adapter. I needed something functional and small, and this does the job and more. I’m going to get another one and gift it, it’s a great price too. It connects to all of the random cords I have. This is a great product.
