Using this cable i just plug one end into my phone and the other end into the aux jack in the car. Couldn't be easier. I went into the store and the Best Buy associate showed me exactly what to buy and was very helpful.

Also connects to your gps on your phone and you can hear the directions from google, or whichever you gps u use, through your car speakers loud and clear.

Cord is able to reach the backseat if needed

And I ended up getting the longer cable so that I could let the backseat have the aux cord for awhile if they wanted to play their music.

Great cable for audio to lightning port

Necessity for Audio Auxiliary for iPhones
