It makes noise. I'm not sure if it is supposed to make a whirring noise while charging (this is my first wireless charger), but I don't like that it does. 2. It doesn't maintain connection on the phone with case on. We have two phones, one with case and one without. The naked phone does fine, but the phone in the case will be aligned properly and charging, but lose the connection after some time. It hasn't been bumped or moved, but we return to an orange light. Airpods have been just fine. As others have noted, the wall wart is huge and isn't usb-C, but that isn't a big deal for us.

Great to have on a table next to the recliner and recharge without looking for a cord. If you have a fairly new phone probably not going to need to recharge unless you don’t charge at night.

I wish it was a little more forgiving with the phone placement to enable charging... you need to be certain your phone is charging before you walk away and come back later only to find it has not charged at all...
