The iPod nano that this supposedly fits needs to be completely naked in order to fit very snuggly. If there is even a screen protector on the iPod it makes getting the iPod into and out of the armband difficult. If you have any type of protection on your iPod, otter box like or other, you have to completely remove all of that just to get this to fit. After attempting to use twice, no longer use as it is less protection than just leaving all the other protection on and putting the iPod in my pocket.

Great arm band for running. Lightweights and wisks away sweat. Just needs to be a little longer as the fit is sometimes too tight.

This thing is great! Suddenly mowing the lawn is not so bad:) The adjustable arm band fits anywhere on my arm and stays put. The ipod fits snugly inside so I'm not worried about it falling out. The only bummer is that the plastic covering the ipod screen is pretty think and sometimes not responsive to touch. If you make a good playlist and don't need to mess with it, no problem.

This is great for running outside or on the treadmill. I also use it will lifting weights and is comfortable and doesn't get in the way.

It is a very light weight and durable armband and I like the color.

I love how it has a key holder! My shorts usually don't have pockets and I don't like holding my keys. The thing I though, the volume buttons are concealed and I can't really know where the up and down buttons and skip button are unless I feel over the case for them. Otherwise, it's great to have for a nice wireless experience with my Bluetooth headset/headphones.

This armband is perfect for anyone wanting to exercise or walk or do housework with your iPod out of your way. Very convenient.

This is perfect for my i pod when taking on jog/walks and prefer not to place in pocket. Stays in place well. I owned a previous one that had a swivel so you could turn it toward you to change music on i pod which I prefer, but this one is still a good armband.

In addition to using this while exercising, it also comes in handy as a way to store the nano when not in use.

If you have healthy arms the fit may be slightly tight when exercising. Alternative to wear on forearm if convenient.

Wish the new I-pods had more than 16 GB, would like to be able to put a wider variety of music on it.
