I needed this adapter to be able to plug my iPhone into a 3.5mm jack aux channel on my DAC. I am now able to listen to audio from multiple sources at the same time without having to worry about my phone losing power. Super useful, as it allows me to hear game audio from my Xbox/pc through the optical or usb audio port on my DAC, and communicating through phone call/discord/Skype to talk to my friends that are playing on different platforms. The build quality is good, being made of dense plastic. I gave this product four stars instead of five because I think 40 dollars is a pretty high asking price for a product that serves a single purpose (albeit very well). Had the price been closer to the 20-25 dollar range this would’ve been a 5 star review.

This product worked great. I iPhone did not have any issue identifying with the adapter. I could listen to music and charge at the same time. I would recommend this to anyone that needs both charging and listen.

Belkin is a brand I trust for apple accesories. Always good quality and connection. This one is great for newer phones without headphone jack. Can charge and use aux/headphone port at the same time.

Work great in the car when you want to charge and only can stream through an six cord. Cord rips at neck after a lot of wear.

Before purchasing I bought similar product from a different company. I have to say that this Belkin product is so much better and more convenient. I couldn’t be happier with its functionalities.

This is an absolute must have for new iPhones. My car has six cord hookup ( which is better than the Bluetooth fm adapter in my opinion ) Now I can charge my phone and listen to music at the same time

I have been using this charger splitter consistently to listen to podcasts and other conference videos while working on an extended project. I've had no problems with this product, and I can hear very clearly. It does not overheat, and has been reliable so far. Very worth the purchase.

This is definitely useful when charging my phone at work and wanting to use corded headphones. The only downside is that it's bulky and a bit obstructive in its design.

I have bought other cables. Belkin seems to produce the most reliable. I had to replace it, only because I got it wet. Pricey though which is why I tried other options first.

I use the Belkin Lightning to headphone jack / charging adapter in my car, so I can connect my iPhone to my car's AUX input port and charge my iPhone at the same time. It's a necessary adapter to have if your only way to connect your iPhone to your car (or home) audio is via an AUX port, because at some point, your iPhone's battery will need to be re-charged. I wish it was cheaper; there are other (cheaper) alternatives by no-name manufacturers, but I wanted to go with a trusted brand for this capability like Belkin. It works well, it's useful, and it's solidly made.

This will not split audio to two head sets, but it will charge off lighting and send audio out via Aux. great for the car.
