Do not buy, waste of money

Don’t ever buy their screen protectors from apple, takes 2 weeks for screen replacement (never dropped, just cracked from being in my pocket) sends self install screen protector which more than likely doesn’t include a warranty since you installed it yourself. Waste of time and money, buyers be warned

Horrible product, predatory warranty.

Device broke after 20 hours with no damage of note being put on the phone. When I tried to RMA the screen protector, I was told it was normal wear and tear and that wasn't covered. I'm not quite sure how this is normal wear and tear, but if it is, that means it is normal for the protector to be destroyed after 20 hours.
