||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this headset because it checked a lot of boxes: Bluetooth, USB, 3.5 mm jack, you can mute the microphone, and it covers both ears. But there are too many issues with it, so I will be returning it. The first issue is that the inner part of the headphones press against your ear, I find it uncomfortable. A bigger issue is that both USB and 3.5 mm cords are laughably short. I couldn't even sit up straight with it plugged in to my computer. If you plan to use this while plugged in, you will need to buy a new cord. Also, the microphone on the headset doesn't work with the 3.5 mm cord, instead there is an inline one on the cord. The volume controls on the headset also do not work when using the 3.5 mm jack. The biggest issue is that the speakers in this headset are too loud on the lowest volume setting while using bluetooth or USB. I have tried this with an iPhone, MacOS and Windows, the issue persists with all of them. The beeps when the volume is changed are also too loud. The only positive thing about these is that the bluetooth pairing process was quick. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for a headset.

Beyond pleased with performance considering the price. I use it daily for teams meetings and easy to switch back to Spotify on my phone because it does so automatically when both are connected. I set Spotify to headphone and music sounds great. I charge once every few days.

Comfortable but crumbling apart

I’m not sure what material these headphones are made of but parts of the plastic has been breaking off. I love the sound and the range is okay but again it’s slowly falling apart.

Does the job well enough

I use it for WFH 5 days a week, charge it for 5 minutes before each shift and overnight at the end of the week. It also gets reception throughout my small 2 BR townhouse.

They are a little hot but if I am not in meetings or on the phone all day, they are perfectly fine.
